Appointment Specifics
Kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete paperwork so that your treatment can start promptly. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. A late arrival will receive an extension of scheduled service ONLY if it is available.
Gratuity
Published prices do not include sales tax or gratuity. It is proper to provide a gratuity to the Staff member that provides the treatment. Your Esthetician always appreciates a Gratuity. If uncertain on the percentage of a Gratuity please don't hesitate to communicate with the Receptionist.
Payment for Services
Sophia Esthetic accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Debit & Cash. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations and No Shows
Please give 24 hours notice in case of cancellation or to reschedule your appointment. Other appointments could be scheduled in your time slot. Whether it be an appointment for one individual services or a spa package. If 24 hour notice is not given on a Voucher it will be automatically forfeited. There is a $25 cancellation fee if an appointment is not canceled with a 24 hour notice ONLY IF THE appointment is rescheduled. Otherwise, full payment of there services scheduled will be billed at a 100%. Appointments booked on the same day are considered confirmed and the appointment slot cannot be canceled, to adhere to our 24 hour cancellation policy. Please communicate with Sophia Esthetic with regards to your appointment needs. We do strive and intend to cater to you!
Gift Certificates
Sophia Esthetic Gift certificates have a one year expiration date from the purchase date.
Coupons
Coupons MUST be presented before a service is rendered. When scheduling the appointment please let the Receptionist know that you have a coupon. If the coupon is lost or the client forgot to bring the coupon then full payment at the brochure price is payment that is expected for the service or services that are rendered. Please be sure to always print out and bring the coupon with you on the day of your appointment.

We do not sell, nor do we give out any type of information about any client in any form or fashion especially personal information about you.
