Powder brows
Powder brows
Powder Brows (also known as Ombré Powder Brows/Microshading) is a procedure that helps to correct or fully reconstruct brows for individuals who have light eyebrow hairs, little to no eyebrows, thinning brows from aging, or over-tweezed brows. It’s also great for those just looking for a better eyebrow shape or symmetry.
Powder Brows can be applied with a soft, natural-finish or can be built up to resemble the look of darker makeup. The intensity of the ombré effect is contingent on how much existing brow hair there is, thus results vary per person. If you have darker hairs or patches in the front of your brows, you will likely need a fuller powder-filled brow style so your natural brow hairs blend seamlessly. Powder Brows is great for all skin types.

Lip blush
Lip Blushing is a form of permanent makeup that involves implanting pigment into the upper layers of the lip skin to enhance colour and correct slight asymmetry resulting in a desirably fuller, more youthful smile. With strategic application and colour selection, we can achieve balance and harmony in the lip colour — depositing colour where colour may have faded, or in areas of the lip where it appears darker than desired.

FAQ Powder brows & Lip blush
How long does it last?
The pigment is implanted deeper into the skin therefore lasting about 2-3 years. The rate of fading depends on skin type (normal, oily, dry), age (youthful/mature) and lifestyle (active, out in the sun, skincare regimen, etc). Skincare products with chemical peels and exfoliants such as AHAs and BHA or ingredients like retinols, Retin-A, vitamin C will increase the speed of fading.
To refresh the colour, a touch up is suggested every 12 to 36 months. Clients can allow the brows fade over time, but a slight shadow may remain. Final results cannot be guaranteed as each client’s skin is unique; they each hold and break down pigment differently. A touch up sessions should be booked 6 weeks after the initial session to fill in any areas that
have faded after the healing process.

How long does it take to heal?
Powder brows
The healing process should take 10-14 days. At day 2, your brows will appear darker but do not be alarmed this is expected. The color will lighten 20-30% when healed and will continue to fade over time. At day 4-5, you can expect your brows to start flaking. During the flaking period, your brows will appear light and patchy but give it 2-4 weeks and the color will even out and resurface. Once your brows are done flaking, you can resume normal activities such as applying makeup, working out, etc. However to prolong the longevity of your brows, avoid aggressive washing and exfoliating of the brow and always wear sunscreen.
Lip blush
The initial healing of lip blushing is fairly fast, with scabbing only for approximately 3-6 days. By keeping the lips clean and moist in this initial period ensures that they heal quicker. There may be some initial swelling that will subside a few hours after the procedure. As the skin heals over the following weeks, the colour is often said to appear to fade and come back once the skin heals back to its original state.
